YOUR ROLE
As part of the Global Innovation Health Safety Environmental (HSE) team, you will work with both engineering and R&D; teams to ensure all new equipment and machinery are delivered ‘HSE-ready’ i.e., meets all legal and P&G; health, personnel safety, process safety and machine safety as well as environmental requirements.

You will work globally, across multiple business units, regions, functions, and with internal and external resources.

You will be the single point of contact for engineering teams in all questions related to HSE

You will influence and collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve technical challenges to find safe, legally compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

You will conduct and coach engineering teams on various risk assessment activities, including overall risk assessments (ORAs), Machine Risk Assessments (MRAs), Change Management

You will be part of a global team of technology masters in all areas of HSE. You will support the HSE community of practise with your expertise in numerous HSE areas.

You will become one of the global P&G; trainers for HSE and ensure knowledge transfer across P&G; via online and face to face events.
